This role is based at the Central Warehouse located at 4 Pandan Ave, Singapore. As a non-patient fronting position, you will be part of a large-scale healthcare supply-chain operation. This is a full-time, non-executive job opportunity in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The selected candidate will get a salary of $1,800 to $2,800 on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for supporting pharmacy operations by processing medication orders and prescriptions for delivery. Key duties include receiving and checking medication stocks, as well as picking, packing, and labeling medications under the supervision of Pharmacists. You will be tasked with repacking medications into required quantities, replenishing storage locations, and participating in inventory cycle counts. A core part of the role involves accounting for delivery orders and handing them over to couriers to ensure the right medications reach patients in a safe and timely manner. Additionally, you will manage pharmacy consumables, maintain a tidy work area, and adhere to all department safety standards.
Required Qualification
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 GCE “O” level credits in English, Mathematics, and Science, or be a NITEC/Diploma holder in any discipline. You must be meticulous and possess basic computer literacy to operate inventory management and dispensing systems, along with a working knowledge of MS Office. The candidate should be a disciplined professional who is a good team player and willing to learn. Holding a Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) is considered a significant advantage.
Experience Needed
The candidate should ideally have at least 2 years of professional experience in Pharmacy Assistant Jobs Singapore or a related healthcare field. SSW Logistics is looking for individuals who understand the precision required in medication handling. Previous experience in healthcare supply chain or warehouse operations will be highly beneficial, as it ensures the candidate is familiar with stock receiving, inventory counting, and the high standards of quality control required in a pharmaceutical environment.

The candidate should have excellent organizational skills to handle high-volume picking and packing tasks. They must be proactive in replenishing medications to avoid stockouts. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure that labeling and bundling are done with 100% accuracy. The candidate should also be a reliable professional who can commit to the alternate-week work schedule:
Week A: Mon to Fri 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Sat 7.30 am – 1.30 pm
Week B: Mon to Thu 8.30 am – 6 pm, Fri 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
