CATZILLA PTE. LTD. is looking for passionate cat enthusiasts to join their integrated pedigree kitten shop and cat hotel in Geylang. Founded in 2021, the company expanded into professional cat boarding in late 2023 and is now looking for caretakers to ensure the wellbeing of their feline guests.
Key Responsibilities
The role is a mix of hands-on animal care, hospitality management, and client communication:

Feline Care & Monitoring: Handle daily feeding, grooming, and playtime. You must monitor the health and behavior of the cats, reporting any concerns to the team immediately.

Hotel Operations: Manage the check-in and check-out process for boarding guests. You will also be responsible for inventory management and maintaining strict cleanliness for a safe environment.

Client Engagement: Communicate professionally with cat owners in English, providing daily updates that include photos and videos of their pets.

General Maintenance: Perform essential cleaning tasks and lift supplies as needed to support the daily operations of the shop and hotel.
Preferred Competencies & Experience

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in a similar role. While open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates, having prior experience in animal care or being a cat owner is highly preferred.

Availability: Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating off-day schedule.

Soft Skills: Ability to remain calm and optimistic during busy periods and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,200 to $2,700.
