BYD BY 1826 (SUNTEC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive with solid fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting. This Full Time, Executive-level role involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the Senior Finance Manager in strategic decision-making.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role covers the full spectrum of financial operations and internal controls:

Accounting Operations: Handle daily general ledger entries, manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), and oversee payroll processing.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial schedules and assist in drafting management reports. You will also be responsible for timely invoicing and account reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring to ensure effective cost control across the organization.

Audit & Internal Controls: Maintain meticulous documentation to support both internal and external audits while assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Management Support: Provide basic financial analysis to help the leadership team make data-driven decisions.
🎓 Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or CA are considered a strong advantage.

Experience: Requires 4 years of experience in Accounting or Taxation, with a minimum of 2–4 years specifically in relevant finance roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, AutoCount, or QuickBooks, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
