F&B Service Crew

FISH WITH YOU F&B PTE. LTD. is looking for dedicated Service Crew members to join their team at Bukit Panjang Plaza. This role is available for both Full Time and Part Time applicants who are passionate about delivering excellent dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role follows the complete guest journey from arrival to payment:

• Guest Welcoming: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and present them with menus.

• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and keep patrons informed about daily specials.

• Table Service: Deliver prepared meals and beverages to tables efficiently. You are also responsible for checking in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience.

• Billing & Cashiering: Prepare bills upon request, process payments, and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.

🎓 Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in customer service or sales/retail.

• Physical Stamina: Must have the endurance to stand and walk for long hours throughout the shift.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional, even when handling difficult customers.

• Technical Ability: Good physical coordination is required to carry plates and trays safely and efficiently.

• Availability: Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

• Monthly Salary: $2,500 to $2,800.
