Clinic Assistant (Full Time)

T MEDICAL CLINIC KALLANG PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support their operations at Kallang Heights. This Full Time role is essential for ensuring smooth patient flow and providing high-quality frontline healthcare support.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of administrative management, patient care, and clinical support:

• Front-of-House: Manage patient registration, schedule appointments, send reminders, and handle phone/SMS/email queries promptly.

• Financial Administration: Handle payments and prepare submissions for TPA, Medisave, and Insurance claims.

• Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations, perform chaperone duties, and prepare medications for the doctor to check before dispensing.

• Medical Procedures: Assist in simple in-clinic procedures such as ECG and nebulizer treatments (comprehensive training is provided).

• Operational Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient records, manage inventory for medication and consumables, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic environment.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma in any discipline, GCE ‘A’/’O’ Levels, or Higher NITEC.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting, specifically in front desk duties and Medisave/Insurance claim submissions.

• Skills: Familiarity with clinic operations and a keen service attitude.

• Language (Advantage): Ability to speak Mandarin or Dialects is an advantage for communicating with elderly patients.

• Technical (Advantage): Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse or familiarity with Plato CMS is a plus.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

• Commitment: 5.5 days per week (44 hours), including one weekend day.

• Shifts: Rotating AM, Noon, and Evening shifts; no overnight shifts required.

💰 Salary & Details

• Monthly Salary: $2,300 to $3,000.

• Job Type: Contract, Full Time.
