GYSG & CO is looking for a motivated Account Associate to join their team at CT Hub 2 in Lavender. This Full Time role is an excellent entry point for aspiring accountants and auditors to gain hands-on experience with SME clients and corporate secretarial matters.
๐ Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in the full spectrum of accounting, audit, and administrative support:

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage bookkeeping for various accounts and handle general accounting and taxation tasks.

Audit Support: Assist in the audit of SME companies, which may include engagement with overseas clients.

Corporate Secretarial: Handle matters related to corporate secretarial duties and accounts administration.

Document Management: Responsible for scanning client documents, naming, archiving, binding, and filing accounting records.

Client Engagement: Perform services at the office and at various client premises as required.

Experience: No prior experience is required; the firm provides on-the-job training and coaching.

Technical Skills: Having experience with specific accounting software is considered an advantage.
