Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for successfully operating and monitoring manufacturing machines. They will conduct simple tooling changes, daily equipment checks, and material handling duties. The candidate will work closely within a supportive team and report directly to the Production Manager. They will also ensure that all factory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
Required qualifications
The candidate is required to have a Secondary school education and above or possess an ITE qualification. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of working the standard operational hours, and those who are willing to work 12-hour shifts are highly encouraged to apply.

This is a fresh and entry level position in the manufacturing sector. The candidate is not required to have any prior working experience. Candidates who do possess previous manufacturing experience will be given a higher basic salary or additional allowances. Benefits

Additional shift allowances of $200 to $300 are available for candidates willing to work 12-hour shifts.
