Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming stocks and deliveries, as well as assisting in the transfers and returns of outgoing stocks. They will ensure that all documentation relating to inventory movements is completely in order. The candidate will be tasked with delivering duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers. They will assist in the storage of inventory in the back-end storage or office, top up display stocks at the stores, and assist in IShop Changi fulfillment by picking and packing orders. They will also complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.
Required qualifications
The candidate is required to have a GCE O Level or NITEC educational qualification. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be physically capable of handling the movements of heavy loads and carton boxes on a regular basis.
Experience needed
This is a fresh and entry level position in the retail and general work sector. The candidate is not required to have any prior working experience. Any type of prior experience in retail fulfillment, warehouse packing, or inventory management will be considered a strong asset. On the job guidance regarding the specific duty-free delivery protocols and IShop Changi fulfillment systems will be provided to the selected candidates.

Benefits

Financial benefits include an attractive $600 joining bonus for local full-time new hires (subject to T&Cs), a grooming and meal allowance of up to $230, and a midnight shift allowance of up to $440 if applicable.
