The candidate will have to commit to working up to 44 hours per week, which includes 3 night shifts and 1 weekend shift. Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting clinic operations by triaging patients and registering their health declarations to ensure accurate records and prioritization. They will carefully dispense medication, collect payments, and clearly explain medical and health screening packages to patients. The candidate will arrange and book appointments for follow-up treatments and vaccinations. They will actively assist doctors by chaperoning patients and supporting minor and swab procedures. They will also process billing transactions (including Healthier SG, CHAS, and Medisave), submit daily electronic insurance claims, manage medication inventory, and maintain the overall cleanliness and housekeeping of the clinic facilities.
Required qualifications
The candidate is preferred to have a minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must have basic IT proficiency to operate Clinic Assist and Managed Care portals for patient and billing management. They must be fully capable of and willing to commit to up to 44 hours per week, including the required night and weekend shifts. Candidates residing in the northeast area will have an advantage for convenient commuting.
Experience needed
This is a junior executive level position in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant working experience. Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred to enhance patient interactions and service quality. On the job familiarization regarding the specific clinic workflows and billing portals will be provided to the selected candidates.
Skills and competencies
The candidate should have a positive learning attitude and a strong passion for customer service to contribute to a supportive clinic environment. They must possess a good command of spoken English to communicate effectively with patients and team members. The ability to speak additional languages or dialects to support communication with diverse patient groups will be considered a strong asset.
