A full time job opportunity is available at AM LPM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The candidate will perform the duties of a customer service officer for Asia’s leading precious metals and bullion dealer. The candidate will enjoy a fixed weekday working schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. There is a vacancy for this on-site executive job position located at ABI Plaza on Keppel Road. The selected candidate will get a salary of $3,000 to $4,000 on a monthly basis. There is no strict requirement for a degree certificate or diploma mentioned. Key responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all incoming customer emails in a timely and professional manner. They will expertly manage customer enquiries received via WhatsApp and incoming phone calls, maintaining consistent service quality across all channels. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, track outstanding cases to ensure prompt resolution, and escalate urgent or complex matters to relevant stakeholders when required. They will actively support customers with order-related enquiries, assist in updating response templates and FAQs, identify recurring customer concerns, and ensure all communications strictly adhere to internal procedures and service standards.

Required qualifications

The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of managing multiple communication channels simultaneously, including email, messaging platforms, and phone systems. They must be able to commit to the fixed Monday to Friday working schedule.

Experience needed

This is an executive level position in the customer service sector. The candidate should ideally have 1 year of relevant working experience. Previous experience in customer service, support, or an administrative function is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset. On the job familiarization regarding the specific precious metals trading products, compliance standards, and internal knowledge resources will be provided to the selected candidates.

Skills and competencies

The candidate should possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills. They must have strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to track cases and maintain documentation accurately. The candidate should be highly capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. They must be highly composed under pressure and maintain a professional, solutions-focused attitude at work when handling complex customer enquiries.

Benefits
