Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for processing point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handling related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and the ability to understand local dialects is considered a significant plus. The candidate must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
