The job is based in Singapore, with the assessment centre conveniently located at Changi Airport Terminal 3. This is a contract, non-executive job opportunity. Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight. As brand ambassadors, they will work as a team to deliver exceptional service with a vibrant, unique “Scootitude” touch. Key duties include performing safety and emergency procedures, managing on-board situations efficiently, and providing high-quality food, beverage, and hospitality services. The candidate must curate enjoyable travel experiences by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation safety standards and service protocols.
Required Qualification
To comply with Singapore legal requirements, candidates must be at least 18 years old. For safety and emergency purposes, female candidates must have a height of at least 158cm (or 156cm with a 210cm reach), and male candidates must be at least 165cm (or 162cm with a 210cm reach). Academic requirements include:
3 GCE ‘O’ level passes (including English); OR
5 GCE ‘N’ level passes (including English); OR
3 SPM passes (Grade C and above in English). Candidates must be medically fit, have a professional appearance with no visible tattoos, and be able to work a rostered schedule including weekends and public holidays.
