Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of various meat products, which includes handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, tenderizing, and slicing meat. You will assist in all stages of production for meat, sausages, and ham as directed by the supervisor. Key duties include handling raw material receiving on the production floor and operating specialized processing equipment such as mincers, tumblers, bowl cutters, stuffers, bandsaws, and slicers. The candidate must ensure all production processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain product quality for customers. Additionally, you will manage stock rotation and perform inventory checks for storage chillers and freezers.
Required Qualification
The candidate should be physically fit and comfortable working in a food production environment, which may involve cold temperatures in chillers and freezers. You must have a strong commitment to maintaining overall production floor hygiene and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Personal Hygiene at all times. The ability to follow technical SOPs and safety guidelines while operating heavy processing machinery is essential. The candidate should be reliable and capable of performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy and speed.
Experience Needed
