Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the initial intake and rigorous inspection of fresh seafood shipments to ensure they meet company standards. You will perform basic seafood preparation such as scaling, cleaning, and pin-boning. At the end of every shift, you must count and record processed quantities and report any discrepancies to the Night Operations Manager.
Required Qualification

High physical fitness is mandatory, as you must be capable of standing and squatting for long periods and lifting seafood crates weighing up to 50kg. Basic mathematical skills are required for accurate weighing and inventory counts. The candidate must be able to work the night shift (7:00 PM to 6:00 AM) while maintaining focus and productivity. Strict adherence to food safety (HACCP/SFA) and workplace safety regulations is essential.
Experience Needed
