Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing real-time ground situations at all key airport touchpoints. Key duties include monitoring terminal operations via CCTV in accordance with strict SOPs and processing Porter Service requests. You will act as a vital coordinator between the Duty Manager and Terminal Management during extraordinary operational matters and assist in incident investigations by extracting relevant CCTV footage. A significant part of the role involves monitoring trolley and taxi supply and demand using specialized systems, activating replenishment or taxi supply when necessary, and providing regular updates to CAG. You will also alert Supervisors to key events of the day and provide ad hoc administrative support to the Duty Ops Manager.
Required Qualification
The candidate should possess a Diploma in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate should be a confident individual capable of managing and influencing stakeholders within the Terminal Management Centre (TMC). A positive team-spirit and adaptability to change are essential. Crucially, you must be able to pass security clearances to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside) and be prepared for the physical and mental demands of a 12-hour shift cycle.
Experience Needed
The candidate must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in quality or operations functions, specifically within CCTV Monitoring Officer Airport Jobs Singapore or related security fields.
