Key Responsibilities
The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer business needs and technical implementation for ITSM and IT Observability (ITOM) solutions. Key duties include working with project sponsors and managers to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and user stories. You will translate these requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will ensure delivery teams understand the scope, validate solution designs for feasibility, and collaborate with QA teams to define test cases. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder reviews, manage requirement changes, and provide delivery support by monitoring progress and highlighting risks from initiation to deployment.
Required Qualification

You must have a strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise IT delivery processes. The candidate should be a disciplined professional with a solid understanding of software project delivery lifecycles, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models. Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart is required. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate technical details into business language for various stakeholders.
Experience Needed
The candidate must have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT solution delivery or consulting environments. Cloudwise is looking for individuals with a track record in requirements elicitation techniques and stakeholder management. Preferred candidates will have experience in ITSM/ESM solution implementations (e.g., ServiceNow or BMC) and familiarity with observability, monitoring, or AIOps platforms. Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are highly regarded.
