Job Overview

CITIC Telecom International CPC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) and enterprise cloud solutions provider, is seeking a meticulous, analytical, and experienced Accounting Officer to join its finance department at Tai Seng Exchange (1 Tai Seng Avenue). In this full-time executive role, you will manage full sets of accounts, general ledger entries, GST tax submissions, accounts receivable and payable workflows, corporate cash flow, and treasury initiatives while collaborating closely with regional group entities and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts independently, including timely month-end closing, journal entries, and accurate schedule preparation.
• Manage customer billing cycles, process accounts receivable collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and update customer ledger accounts.
• Verify vendor invoices, process accounts payable disbursements, and ensure appropriate financial documentation and approvals.
• Record intercompany transactions and prepare billing invoices for regional group entities.
• Prepare and submit accurate Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and corporate tax computation data to regulatory authorities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor company cash flow, and participate in corporate treasury initiatives (such as bank account restructuring and cash pooling arrangements).
• Liaise professionally with external auditors, tax agents, and local regulatory bodies during statutory audits and compliance reviews.
• Handle ad-hoc financial reporting projects and analysis tasks as assigned by management.
