DR. COOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized and customer-oriented Admin professional to support their air-conditioning service and installation operations. Based at One Sims Lane, this Full Time role is central to managing customer relations and ensuring the smooth scheduling of technical teams.
📋 Key Responsibilities
You will be the primary point of contact for customers and the operational backbone of the office:
Customer Service & Scheduling: Handle customer inquiries and coordinate schedules for both air-con servicing and new installations.
Contract Management: Monitor and keep track of maintenance contract renewals to ensure service continuity for clients.
Documentation & Data: Maintain accurate company records and perform essential data entry tasks.
Finance & Procurement: Provide service quotations to clients and manage the ordering of stocks and supplies.
Ad-hoc Support: Carry out any additional duties assigned by management to support the team.
🎓 Job Requirements
Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in Admin, Secretarial, or Customer Service roles.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in data entry, and a professional communication style for handling customer queries.
Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple schedules simultaneously.
⏰ Working Hours & Location
The role follows a standard work week with rotating weekend requirements:
Schedule: 5 Days + Rotating Saturday.
Location: 1 Sims Lane, Singapore 387355 (Near Geylang/Aljunied area).
💰 Salary & Details
Monthly Salary: $1,600 to $2,500.
