Job Overview

MW Global Pte. Ltd., a pioneer in hospital-at-home and home medical care services in Singapore since 2003, is hiring dedicated and safety-minded Ambulance Transporters to join its mobile operations fleet. Stationed out of Nankin Row on Pickering Street with operations across the island, this role is essential for transporting medical staff, delivering urgent medications and home care equipment, and ensuring rapid, compassionate transport support for homebound patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport doctors, nurses, and clinical care teams to residential locations and patient homes islandwide.
• Deliver time-critical medications, clinical consumables, and mobile medical equipment securely.
• Handle the loading, unloading, and staging of medical apparatus, portable monitors, and supplies.
• Plan and optimize driving routes to ensure timely arrivals while monitoring real-time traffic conditions.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle roadworthiness, conducting daily inspections, tire pressure checks, fluid monitoring, and interior sanitation.
• Strictly adhere to road safety guidelines, traffic laws, and healthcare transport safety regulations.
• Report vehicle defects, delays, or roadside incidents immediately and follow established accident reporting protocols.
• Execute ad-hoc logistics and patient transport tasks as directed by operational supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must possess at least a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license.
• Must hold valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Must hold a recognized Defensive Driving certification.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, hospital locations, and residential estates.
• Physically fit and comfortable with rotating shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and late evening shifts.
• Strong situational awareness, calm demeanor under pressure, and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Remuneration & Incentives

• Monthly base salary ranging from $2,300 to $2,700 with performance bonuses and overtime pay.
