Assistant Restaurant Manager (Paya Lebar Square)

A full time job opportunity is available at GOLDEN BEEWORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The candidate will perform the duties of an assistant restaurant manager. There is a vacancy for this on-site executive job position located at Paya Lebar Square. The candidate will have to work 3 rotational shifts, which include weekends and public holidays. The selected candidate will get a salary of $2,800 to $3,400 on a monthly basis. There is no requirement for a degree certificate or diploma. Key responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the service level is achieved and exceeds guest expectations through friendly service, providing a clean and comfortable dining experience. They will supervise and be in charge of the restaurant’s daily cash handling and security processes. The candidate will ensure sufficient inventory is maintained for smooth operations. They will take charge of the restaurant’s recruitment, ensure training and operations needs are fulfilled, and train new staff to be familiar with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). They will also assist with kitchen and service processes whenever required.

Required qualifications

The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. Only Singaporeans are eligible to apply for this position. The candidate must be fully prepared to commit to working 3 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the operational hours of the restaurant.

Experience needed

This is an executive level position in the F&B sector. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager. Any type of prior experience handling recruitment, inventory management, or training new staff will be considered a strong asset. On the job guidance regarding the company’s specific operational workflows and SOPs will be provided to the selected candidates.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and train team members. Benefits

The selected candidate will get a salary of $2,800 to $3,400 on a monthly basis. This is a permanent full time employment opportunity. Financial benefits including an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance incentives will be provided to the candidate. Additional benefits include daily staff meals, medical insurance coverage, 14 days of annual leave, and 14 days of medical leave.
