Job Overview

Advanced Cuisine Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented Bag Packaging Operator to join its production facility located at 36 Jalan Tukang. Offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,200 to $2,800 on a full-time permanent basis under a 5-day work week with overtime pay entitlements, this non-executive role involves performing assembly, processing, and packaging tasks, adhering strictly to quality and work instructions, and maintaining a clean, organized production workstation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diverse production tasks, including processing, assembly, and bag packaging of products according to daily production schedules.
  • Follow Work Instructions (WI) strictly and operate production tools, sealing equipment, and machinery proficiently.
Maintain high adaptability by rotating across workstations and assisting in different departments as assigned to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Adhere strictly to approved first article samples validated by Quality Inspectors throughout the production cycle.
Conduct rigorous self-inspections on output quality and verify incoming parts from previous operations before processing.
Handle all materials and products with care to prevent defects, immediately reporting abnormalities and reworking items to ensure zero defects enter finished goods.
Conserve packaging materials, prevent waste, and maintain neat organization of semi-finished and finished goods according to layout plans.
Maintain rigorous cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area, tools, and packaging equipment at all times.
Comply fully with safety protocols, management instructions, and participate proactively in operational efficiency training.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated carefulness, responsibility, discipline, and ability to follow safety and production protocols consistently.
  • Capable of performing repetitive production tasks steadily over extended periods.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in communicating in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking supervisors and understand machine operation manuals and work instructions provided in Chinese.
