Service Crew

Warren Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Service Crew member to join their food and beverage team in Choa Chu Kang. This Full Time role is centered in the bar area, focusing on providing high-quality, friendly, and efficient service to club members and guests.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role combines traditional table service with responsible bar operations in a prestigious club setting:

• Guest Interaction: Greet customers warmly and provide attentive bar and table service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Order Management: Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring efficient delivery to maintain service standards.

• Facility Upkeep: Set up, clean, and maintain service stations, bar areas, and tables. You are responsible for clearing tables promptly to ensure a welcoming environment throughout the shift.

• Issue Resolution: Professionally handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints to ensure positive guest relations.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow hygiene protocols, workplace safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Team Support: Collaborate with bartenders and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and team efficiency.

🎓 Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

• Experience: Requires 5 years of experience in F&B, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in bar service environments.

• Attributes: Friendly, energetic, and highly customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced bar setting.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

The hospitality nature of the club requires a high level of availability:

• Work Week: 6 days a week.

• Shifts: Rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

• Monthly Salary: $3,500 to $4,000.
