Key Responsibilities
- Dial in espresso grinders, extract espresso precisely, and craft specialty coffee beverages and signature elixirs according to standardized recipes.
- Deliver warm, genuine, and hospitality-first service that fosters authentic connections with patrons.
- Transition seamlessly between espresso station duties, light culinary prep, POS cashiering, and floor support during peak rushes.
- Maintain station hygiene and workflow efficiency using a strict clean-as-you-go methodology.
