📋 Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end beverage experience, from technical calibration to customer service:

Coffee Excellence: Prepare and serve coffee and various beverages strictly according to established SOPs. You must ensure that all coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained daily to produce consistent, high-quality results.

Quality Control: Monitor the performance of all equipment and flag any technical issues for servicing or repairs promptly to avoid operational downtime.

Service & Training: Uphold excellent customer service levels and take a leadership role in conducting service training for other staff members.

Stock & Operations: Manage inventory by ordering and storing products and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also perform cashiering and order-taking duties.
🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in F&B, Customer Service, or Retail.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is required.

Attributes: Outgoing, friendly, and detail-oriented. You should be a self-motivated team player with a keen interest in developing professionally within the specialty coffee industry.
