Ltd., operating the vibrant and exciting new Latin American restaurant and bar concept Café Candela located at Bukit Pasoh, Singapore, is hiring an experienced, energetic, and passionate Bartender to join its founding opening team. In this full-time middle-management role, you will lead bar operations, craft classic and Latin-inspired signature cocktails, manage beverage inventories, and deliver exceptional, warm hospitality in a multicultural dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve precision-crafted classic cocktails, Latin-American signature drinks, wines, craft beers, and specialty beverages according to house recipes.
- Deliver outstanding, engaging customer service, welcoming guests, and creating a lively, hospitable atmosphere at the bar.
- Manage end-to-end daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, station prep, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor beverage inventory, track stock levels, order supplies, and minimize product wastage.
- Uphold stringent standards of cleanliness, bar hygiene, food safety, and visual presentation.
- Collaborate with management to develop creative seasonal cocktail menus and promotional drink offerings.
- Support smooth bar operations during regular service shifts, private parties, and special cultural events.
