Job Overview

Quaich Pte. Ltd. (under TSH Corporation Limited), renowned for its portfolio of bespoke cocktail bars and premier whisky concepts—including Quaich Bar, The Other Room, and Signature Reserve—is seeking passionate and service-driven Bartenders. This full-time role offers an immersive cross-training experience across culinary, bar-back, and mixology operations in high-end spirits and cocktail destinations across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly mix, craft, and present cocktails, spirits, and bespoke beverages strictly following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Execute daily bar opening and closing procedures, prepare house-made syrups, fresh juices, and specialty garnishes, and set up bar stations.
• Participate in structured cross-department training across kitchen, bar, bar-back, and floor operations to build versatile operational capabilities.
• Monitor and replenish bar stock, spirits, glassware, and consumable par levels to maintain seamless service readiness.
• Maintain pristine hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across the bar and prep stations.
• Engage warmly with guests, offer tailored beverage recommendations, take food and drink orders, and ensure an elevated guest experience.
• Operate, sanitize, and maintain bar tools, ice machines, refrigeration units, and cocktail equipment safely.
• Support general outlet operations and team duties as assigned during service rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior bartending experience required; entry-level applicants with a strong passion for mixology are welcome to apply.
• Prior background or basic knowledge in drink mixing, spirit classification, and garnish preparation is advantageous.
• Guest-focused, outgoing, and communicative personality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to endure long standing hours within a fast-paced lounge/bar environment.
• Flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
