Tung Lok Catering is seeking an energetic, friendly, and dedicated Breakfast Service Crew member to join its islandwide F&B operations team. Offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,600 to $3,200 on a full-time non-executive basis, this role requires early morning shift commitment (05:00 AM to 02:00 PM with taxi claimable benefits). You will handle breakfast buffet setups, food and beverage service, table maintenance, and deliver exceptional hospitality to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Setup: Set up and prepare the dining venue for breakfast service, ensuring buffet lines and seating areas are pristine.
- Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to special requests professionally.
- Buffet Maintenance: Monitor and assist with continuous buffet food replenishment and counter presentation.
- Table Clearing & Cleanliness: Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming dining environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen culinary teams and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient breakfast operations while adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
