POWER BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Building Painter to handle residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Singapore. This is a Full Time, Non-executive role for someone who takes pride in delivering professional, high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers the entire painting process, from meticulous preparation to the final coat:
Surface Preparation: Wash, scrape, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure a smooth application. This includes filling cracks, holes, and joints with appropriate fillers like putty or plaster.
Painting & Coating: Apply paints, stains, and coatings using various tools including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Color Mixing: Mix and match paint colors to achieve the exact texture and shade required for the project.
Site Protection: Ensure adjacent surfaces are protected using drop cloths and masking tape to maintain a clean workspace.
Safety & Compliance: Work safely at heights on scaffolding or ladders while strictly following all environmental and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a painter in construction or completed sites.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with painting tools, techniques, and various surface materials.
Attributes: Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Salary & Working Environment
Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $3,800.
