Job Overview

Sadhana Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is hiring an experienced, dependable, and safety-conscious Bus Captain to manage worker transportation operations across multiple construction project sites. Based at Ruby Industrial Complex along Genting Lane, this full-time role requires navigating islandwide routes to fetch and ferry construction personnel safely, punctually, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses and transport vehicles to convey construction workers to and from various project sites and worker dormitories islandwide.
• Execute daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels are in optimal working condition.
• Maintain high standards of interior cleanliness and exterior hygiene of the assigned vehicle.
• Plan and navigate optimal routes across Singapore to adhere to strict transport schedules during peak traffic hours.
• Comply fully with Singapore traffic laws, road transport regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report vehicle faults, mechanical irregularities, and maintenance requirements promptly to management.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and handle stressful, high-demand site schedules effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3, Class 4, or above) with a clean driving track record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably ferrying workers or driving commercial passenger vehicles.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, expressways, industrial zones, and major construction site locations.
• Responsible, punctual, independent, and possessing a positive working attitude.
• Able to manage stressful traffic and project site environments while prioritizing passenger safety.
