Landmark E&C Pte. Ltd. is hiring a dedicated, safety-oriented Bus Fueler to manage nocturnal bus depot refueling and fleet servicing operations. Based at a bus depot in Pioneer with administrative headquarters at Oxley BizHub, this night-shift role focuses on diesel and AdBlue refueling, electric bus charging hookups, and fuel island housekeeping for public transit fleets returning from revenue service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily diesel and AdBlue refueling for passenger buses returning to depot after completing revenue routes.
- Plug electric buses into designated depot charging bays and verify that EV charging cycles initiate correctly.
- Assist with bus fare coinbox retrieval and collection operations on stipulated scheduling days.
- Promptly report and execute spill cleanup protocols for any fuel, oil, or chemical leaks to maintain environmental safety.
- Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance of the fuel pump island before and after operational shifts.
- Strictly adhere to bus garage safety guidelines, wearing designated PPE and following depot fire safety standards.
- Report operational concerns and carry out instructions given by the Garaging Supervisor.
Working Hours, Location & Contract Terms
- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Work Location: Bus Depot located in Pioneer, Singapore (Headquarters: Oxley Bizhub, 73 Ubi Road 1).
- Contract Duration: 1 to 2-year contract.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (prior experience in bus depot garaging, fleet servicing, or automotive operations is advantageous).
- Able to consistently commit to night-shift timings (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) provided for diesel, AdBlue refueling, and EV bus systems across multiple vehicle models.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and dependable with a proactive attitude toward site housekeeping.
