📋 Key Responsibilities
The Butler role is a hybrid position, combining the duties of a Personal Assistant, Concierge, Housekeeper, and F&B Server into a single, seamless point of contact.
Elite Guest Service
Personalized Care: Provide meet-and-greet services, unpacking/packing assistance, and personalized suite orientations.
Concierge & Assistance: Act as a personal assistant by running errands, booking flights, shopping, and providing expert local recommendations.
Valet Services: Handle delicate tasks such as laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, mending, and professional shoe polishing.
Suite & F&B Operations
F&B Excellence: Take orders for in-suite dining, deliver, and serve meals and beverages according to luxury standards.
Suite Maintenance: Perform turndown services, manage floral arrangements, and ensure all suite equipment is functioning perfectly.
Profile Management: Meticulously record guest preferences and habits into the Opera system to ensure a personalized experience for future visits.
🎓 Job Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE O Level. A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management is a distinct advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Opera, FCS, LIS) and basic Microsoft Office.
