Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operations.
- Act as vibrant brand ambassadors, working collaboratively as a cabin team to deliver exceptional, fun, and memorable service.
- Curate enjoyable travel experiences by applying thorough knowledge of safety procedures, emergency protocols, and exceptional customer care.
- Handle in-flight retail sales, meal services, and passenger requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Adapt quickly to dynamic on-board situations while maintaining strict adherence to aviation safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age to comply with Singapore legal and regulatory aviation requirements.
- Height requirements (to carry out emergency procedures):
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm OR min. 156cm with the ability to reach over a 210cm line.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm OR min. 162cm with the ability to reach over a 210cm line. - Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level subject passes (including English); OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English); OR
- 3 SPM subject passes with Grade C and above in English. - Medically fit to pass aviation medical examinations for cabin crew duties.
- Professional grooming standards required (no visible tattoos permitted in uniform).
