📋 Key Responsibilities
As a member of a small team, you will handle all aspects of the cafe’s daily operations during the closing shift:
Customer Service: Enthusiastically greet guests, handle cashiering duties, and serve orders with a focus on customer satisfaction.
F&B Preparation: Prepare gelato-based items and other food and beverage offerings according to cafe standards.
Cafe Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the retail space and food prep areas.
Closing Procedures: Execute “Opening and Closing” protocols to ensure the cafe is secured and ready for the next day’s service.

Experience: No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for students or first-time job seekers. Training is provided at an hourly rate.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule
The cafe is specifically looking to fill the weekday closing slots:
Fixed Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (6 hours per day).
Work Week: 5+1 Days (Monday to Friday plus one weekend day).
Scheduling Style: Creative Scheduling is available to help balance life commitments.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $1,200 to $1,700 per month.
Overtime: Pay is calculated at 1.5x the basic rate.
Public Holidays: Pay is calculated at 2.0x the basic rate.
Weekend Allowance: +25% allowance for working on Saturdays.
Payment Date: Salary is paid by the 5th day of the following month.
CPF: Contributions are payable in accordance with MOM and CPF board regulations.
