Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the Call Centre and Customer Care Department. Key duties include providing vital information to patients, policyholders, and agents regarding their benefits and coverage. You will assist with appointment bookings and scheduling for Specialist and panel clinics while managing multi-media communications. The role requires the ability to attend to escalations independently, mitigating and resolving issues with the best possible outcomes. You must ensure that procedures are streamlined and efficient, maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, and remain proactive in identifying and closing service gaps to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualification

The candidate should ideally be a Diploma holder. While 2 years of customer service or call centre experience is preferred, entry-level candidates and diploma holders with no prior work experience are also welcomed to apply. You must be an active listener with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. The candidate should be a collaborative team player and a multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills. A genuine passion for helping people, combined with an emphatic and patient personality, is essential for success in this healthcare environment.

Experience Needed
