Key Responsibilities
- Customer Account & Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including freight forwarders, shippers, and consignees.
- Sales & Rate Negotiation: Negotiate shipping rates and terms with customers, provide competitive pricing quotes, and develop customized shipping solutions to meet client needs.
- Sales Presentations & Lead Follow-up: Meet with potential clients to discuss logistics requirements, create and deliver compelling sales presentations, and follow up actively on sales leads.
- Marketing & Market Analysis: Promote the airline's cargo services, analyze regional market trends, monitor competitor activities, and generate periodic sales performance reports.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, operational issues, and service complaints promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
