Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Monitoring: Monitor carpark operations regularly and report any technical abnormalities or equipment faults immediately.
- Motorist Assistance: Handle season parking correspondence, including new applications, renewals, particulars updates, and refunds.
- Enforcement: Enforce carpark regulations against illegal and unauthorized parking through notices or wheel-clamping procedures.
- Environment Upkeep: Ensure parking systems and overall carpark premises are kept clean and orderly.
