Carpark Supervisor (Facilities & M&E Operations) - Parkway Hospitals

Job Overview

Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte. Ltd., a premier private healthcare provider, is hiring an experienced and hands-on Carpark Supervisor to manage carpark traffic flow, building facilities, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) preventive maintenance across its hospital facilities, medical centres, and corporate premises located at HarbourFront Tower One (1 HarbourFront Place). In this permanent role, you will ensure seamless vehicular movement, supervise carpark barrier systems and external service vendors, resolve building electrical and air-conditioning faults, and support conference room audiovisual setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily carpark operations, enforce traffic management guidelines, ensure smooth vehicle flow, and prevent unauthorized or illegal parking.
• Manage the issuance, inventory, and accounting records of complimentary parking tickets and validation coupons.
• Supervise carpark barrier gate systems and ticketing machines, coordinating with external maintenance vendors for scheduled servicing and equipment reliability.
• Execute scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance across hospital and medical centre facilities covering building services, mechanical, and electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults swiftly to reinstate power supply and restore critical hospital equipment back to normal operation.
• Identify and rectify air-conditioning system faults (ACMVs) to ensure optimal operating temperatures.
• Respond promptly to building facilities emergencies, such as pipe bursts, basic plumbing defects, mechanical failures, and medical gas system checks.
• Support conference and meeting room setups, including the operation and troubleshooting of audiovisual (AV) equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum NTC 3 / NITEC or NTC 2 / Higher NITEC in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Facilities Management, Building Services, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on working experience in M&E building services and facilities maintenance (candidates without technical certification must possess a minimum of Secondary Education with at least 6 years of relevant practical experience).
• Strong troubleshooting competencies in electrical circuits, air-conditioning units, and general plumbing/pipe systems.
• Experience in carpark management systems, traffic marshaling, and vendor management is advantageous.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of responding to facilities emergency calls effectively.
