SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a CCTV Monitoring Officer to oversee critical ground operations at Changi Airport. This Full Time role is central to managing the real-time flow of trolley, taxi, and porter services across all terminals, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers.
📋 Core Responsibilities
The role combines active surveillance with high-level operational coordination:
Surveillance & Incident Support: Monitor key touchpoints via CCTV in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will assist Duty Managers with incident investigations by extracting necessary footage.
Trolley Operations: Use monitoring systems to track trolley supply and demand. You will activate supervisors for replenishment or clearing to ensure designated locations maintain appropriate stock levels for CAG (Changi Airport Group).
Taxi Management: Oversee taxi queues and supply. When necessary, you will proactively call taxi operators to activate more supply and verify that information in the Taxi Management System (TMS) is accurate.
Porter Coordination: Process all Porter Service requests and ensure operations supervisors fulfill these services effectively.
Command Centre Liaison: Act as a vital link between Duty Managers and the Terminal Management Centre (TMC) during extraordinary operational matters.
🎓 Job Specifications
Education: Diploma in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in security or risk management. However, the employer prefers a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in quality or operations functions.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage data across various airport operational platforms.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
Attributes: Confident in influencing stakeholders, adaptable to change, and a strong team player.
⏰ Working Hours & Schedule
This role follows a specialized airport shift pattern:
Shift Duration: 12 hours per shift.
Rotation: Work 4 days, followed by 3 days off.
Requirement: Must be able to perform rotating shift duties.
💰 Salary & Details
Monthly Salary: $2,300 to $3,000.
Location: Islandwide (Changi Airport Terminals).
