RUMEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Central Kitchen Assistant to join their gelato production team at Hersing Kitchen in Tampines. This Full Time role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on food production and want to master the craft of making high-quality gelato in a supportive environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role balances artisanal food production with logistical warehouse support:

• Gelato Crafting: Prepare and produce gelato using premium ingredients. You will follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent flavor and texture while safely operating specialized production machinery.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of fresh ingredients and process incoming deliveries. You will also assist with packing and dispatching finished goods to various outlets.

• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards within the production area. This includes proper storage of supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.

🎓 Requirements

• Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in F&B or Logistics/Supply Chain.

• Technical Skills: Ability to follow detailed recipes with precision and basic numeracy skills for measuring and calculating quantities.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long hours, and able to lift or move heavy ingredient crates.

• Attributes: Reliable team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
