Role Overview

Absolute Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Cleaning Operations Executive to oversee site operations, lead ground teams, and drive technological adoption across service sites. Based at Kaki Bukit Place, this executive role involves operational planning, staff supervision, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments to plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive cleaning operations.
• Lead and manage operational teams comprising Supervisors, Team Leaders, and ground cleaners to achieve set performance KPIs and project budgets.
• Act as the key contact point for client queries, service issues, and feedback, fostering high satisfaction and service excellence.
• Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, maintaining full safety compliance across client locations.
• Analyze daily operational data, audit reports, and workflow bottlenecks to improve productivity and resource deployment.
• Coordinate site activities, prepare operational reports, and manage formal client communication via email and digital channels.
• Leverage smart devices and operational software for site tracking, staff deployment, and real-time reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant operational or supervisory experience within the environmental cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with computers, smart devices, and email communication tools.
• Independent, responsible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
