Cleaning Supervisor - Exceltec Property Management

Job Overview

Exceltec Property Management Pte. Ltd., a leading integrated property and facilities management corporation in Singapore, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee comprehensive cleaning and environmental hygiene operations across islandwide sites. In this permanent full-time non-executive role, you will lead frontline cleaning teams, inspect daily work quality, enforce workplace safety regulations, manage client communications, monitor chemical and equipment inventory, and ensure strict adherence to project tender specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect daily cleaning work across facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and presentation are consistently maintained.
• Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of cleaning service crew members, providing hands-on help and operational guidance.
• Coordinate and liaise professionally with on-site clients, facility managers, and building stakeholders.
• Handle client feedback, address complaints promptly, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage task reassignments, deployment rosters, and workflow adjustments to cover operational needs.
• Monitor and ensure full compliance with standard operating cleaning procedures, tender specifications, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Check the condition, maintenance, and safety of cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Monitor cleaning material stock levels, chemical inventories, and raise purchase requisitions for replenishment when required.
• Identify staff training needs and facilitate effective workplace communication and engagement.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, attendance logs, and inspection records to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations, environmental services, hospitality housekeeping, or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning machinery, chemical handling safety, and WSH regulations.
• Proactive problem solver capable of managing daily operational workflows efficiently.
