Job Overview
Singapore Veterinary Health Pte. In this full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for pet owners, managing front-desk reception, appointment schedules, clinical triage communications, billing, and medication dispensing across veterinary clinics in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house clinic operations, warmly welcoming pet owners and their companion animals upon arrival.
- Operate multi-line telephone systems, handling incoming calls, booking inquiries, and directing urgent clinical cases appropriately.
- Schedule veterinary consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up reviews while communicating pre-appointment instructions clearly to clients.
- Triage and communicate patient arrivals, critical cases, and medical emergencies promptly to veterinarians and veterinary nurses.
- Finalize clinical invoices, process cashless and cash payments, handle insurance paperwork, and balance the cash till at shift closing.
- Assist in dispensing prescribed veterinary pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter pet care products under veterinary supervision.
- Perform administrative and clinic housekeeping duties, including client record updates and general reception upkeep.
Working Hours & Requirements
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 44 hours per week on rotating shifts (including weekends).
- Commitment: Minimum 1 year of commitment required.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
- Deployment: Islandwide across veterinary clinic locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or above.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience (prior customer service, veterinary reception, medical clinic, or retail experience is an added advantage).
