Key Responsibilities

• Front-Desk Operations: Register patients accurately and process billing to ensure smooth daily reception workflows.
• Consultation Assistance: Support doctors directly during patient consultations when required.
• Database & Records Management: Update and maintain patient information securely and accurately within the organization's database.
• General Administration: Perform routine administrative duties, utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
