Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily front-desk and clinical operations to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow and exceptional patient service.
• Welcome patients warmly, register visitors, and create a comfortable, reassuring environment for all attendees.
• Manage patient records, schedule medical appointments, and handle clinic administration accurately using the clinic's computer systems.
• Support general practitioners and medical staff during consultations, minor procedures, and patient care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to answer inquiries and enhance the overall clinic experience.

Working Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
• Work Schedule: Flexible hours ranging from 20 to 44 hours per week (3-month probation period applies).
