Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for playing a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients. They will actively register patients, screen for presenting complaints, and take vital measurements, including height, weight, blood pressure, and temperature. The candidate will accurately assess eligibility for government subsidies (such as SFL, HSG, CHAS, PG, MG, Medisave, Flexi, TPA, and Insurance), perform claims efficiently, and update patient profiles accordingly. They will safely dispense medications, perform ECGs, process payment collections, and attend to all phone call enquiries. The candidate will effectively manage patients’ expectations on-site, dispatch blood tests, continuously maintain the cleanliness of the clinic, and complete any other assigned ad hoc duties.
Required qualifications
The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of working on-site at the Serangoon North clinic and must be willing to commit to the position on a long-term basis. They must be highly adaptable to managing their schedule effectively through flexi-hours.
Experience needed
This is a fresh and entry-level position in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and administrative sector. While 1 year of relevant experience is indicated in the listing, experienced candidates are highly welcomed to apply. Prior experience in clinical assistance, medical administration, or handling government subsidy claims will be considered a strong asset. On the job familiarization regarding the specific clinic workflows and ECG procedures will be provided to the selected candidates.
