Key Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals and snacks tailored for young children in accordance with school menus and dietary/allergy requirements.
- Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitisation: Wash and sanitise plates, utensils, cookware, and maintain pristine cleanliness across the kitchen premises.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Order food supplies, maintain adequate stock levels, check expiry dates regularly, and actively minimise food wastage.
- Timely Execution: Ensure all meals are prepared safely, hygienically, and served punctually according to the preschool's daily schedule.
