Job Overview

D'Zess Pub Pte. Ltd. is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and dedicated Customer Relation Manager to oversee guest relations, entertainment hosting, and frontline service operations at 81 Maude Road. In this full-time managerial role, you will be responsible for leading the service team, establishing strong rapport with regular patrons, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring an engaging, welcoming nightlife atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and repeat visits.
• Engage and entertain guests courteously, managing reservations, VIP table hostings, and guest inquiries.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the floor service team to ensure smooth nightly operations and prompt beverage service.
• Uphold pub standards of integrity, guest satisfaction, and professional service etiquette.
• Collaborate with management on event nights, promotions, and beverage sales targets.
• Handle on-the-spot guest feedback and resolve floor service issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative, inventory, and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; candidates with prior experience in pubs, lounges, bars, or karaoke entertainment venues will have an added advantage.
• Strong public relations, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate and guide a frontline service team.
• High degree of honesty, reliability, and personal integrity.
