Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for checking in passengers efficiently. They will act as a welcoming service ambassador to assist and guide passengers in using the Self Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drops. The candidate will perform crucial gate handling duties, which include communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities across various departments. They will safely guide and escort transit passengers between the arrival gates and the Transfer Holding Area. They will actively assist passengers who require special assistance and complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure a smooth airport experience.
Required qualifications
The candidate is required to possess a minimum NITEC or Diploma qualification. Only local candidates are eligible to apply for this position. The candidate must be fully capable of working independently at times and be highly adaptable to committing to the rotating shift schedule.
Experience needed

Comprehensive on the job training regarding the specific Changi Airport systems, auto bag drops, and gate handling procedures will be fully provided to the selected candidates.
