Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly. As a front-office representative, the candidate will process parts orders and repair units, managing the Turn Around Time (TAT) to ensure timely delivery with proper documentation. Key duties include monitoring sales and purchase order activities, managing retrofit and warranty administration, and generating operational reports. The candidate will act as a vital liaison between the Workshop, Logistics, and QA departments. Additionally, they will fulfill “On Call” Duty (AOG – Aircraft on Ground) during standby periods to support urgent aviation needs.
Required Qualification
The candidate should have a GCE A Level or a Diploma in Business Administration or a similar discipline. Proficiency in IT is essential, specifically with MS Office applications like Excel. Knowledge of ERP software such as BaaN, SAP, or similar systems is highly preferred. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with a global customer base. They must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include working beyond stipulated hours if the situation dictates, such as during AOG emergencies.
Experience Needed
