Key Responsibilities
The role involves a mix of specialized clinical support and high-end patient coordination:

Clinical Chairside Support: Assist the endodontist during complex procedures such as root canal treatments and micro-endodontic surgery. You will prepare specific instruments and materials required for each procedure.

Infection Control: Responsible for the thorough cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the treatment rooms.

Patient Experience: Ensure patient comfort throughout their treatment journey and handle front desk duties, including patient registration, billing, and payment collection.

Administrative Management: Manage the clinic’s schedule by booking and confirming appointments, and handle enquiries via phone or walk-ins.

Inventory Control: Carry out regular stock checks to ensure the clinic is well-equipped with necessary dental supplies.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in a healthcare or dental setting. While prior experience in dental assisting is a significant advantage, on-the-job training is available for candidates with the right attitude.

Skills: Must be computer literate and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Conveniently located at TripleOne Somerset, just a short walk from Somerset MRT.

Schedule: The clinic typically operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $2,600 to $2,800.
